ok i know that firefox is better than IE but then there is this one stie that does not work with firefox and i need this site too....well everytime i try to open IE, it freezes and it gives me a pop up saying"Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." and that i either need to send an error report or not to send it. and i cant do n e thing else after that because everytime i open IE i cant go anyfurther after openin it. what can i do?

It could be that your FIREFOX needs plug ins installed. You can get Flashplayer by going to:

another program you might need is the Java Runtime environment, you can get it here:

or you can just download a whole new browser called OPERA. You can download it here:
http://www.download.com/Opera/3000-2356_...
sounds like there is a problem with that site, period. Can't fix that.
Go to Task Manager, and "end task" the "iexplorer" process.
